2022年8月5日(金)、はじめしゃちょーは「3億円の豪邸に3000万円使った。おわりました。」という動画を公開した。
家の中のアップデート完了
以前の3億円の豪邸の動画ではエアコンがなく、夏の時期は住めないという動画の内容を投稿した。家の中の諸々の修理に3000万円の費用がかかった。
はじめしゃちょーの家は家全体が暗く、動画にする時に見づらいということで、玄関や2階の部屋など照明を入れて部屋を明るくした。
修理費3000万円
はじめしゃちょーは3000万円の内訳を発表した。空調・エアコン代に約1400万円、照明代に約80万円、セキュリティ強化に約500万円、エレベーターの修理代800万などを合わせると3000万になってしまったと説明した。はじめしゃちょーは「ここまでくるのに長かった。やっと動画撮影出来る素敵な状態になった」と語り、これからも家の中の改造はしていく予定だ。
