木下ゆうかの今日のご飯は、生クリームを使わず牛乳で作る濃厚カルボナーラだ！
カルボナーラを作る時に、普通なら生クリームを使うが今回は牛乳で代用して作る！そして今回はXperiaで綺麗に写真が撮れる機能があるということで、Xperiaで連写機能を使ったりしながら、濃厚カルボナーラを調理していく。
とてもおいしそうなチーズたっぷり濃厚カルボナーラが完成！途中でピーチのお酒を飲みながら、余裕で完食！Xperiaで撮った写真や機能も紹介した！最後木下ゆうかは「牛乳だけど、めっちゃ濃厚でおいしいです！とてもおいしいのでみなさん食べてみては？」と視聴者におススメした。
