喉が痛くて風邪をひいたというトミー。ルーレットの内容は①医者を家に呼ぶ(ファストドクター)②カンタが治療する(ファストカンタ)③医者に行かず、自然治癒する④薬局で市販薬を買う⑤医者に行く⑥医者で点滴などの最強の治療をしてもらうの6つ。ルーレットはカンタが指で1から6を数えてトミーは目をつむってストップという方法で結果は、⑥の医者で最強の治療をしてもらう。であった。
病院に行ったトミーはにんにく注射など良いものを全てしてもらったと言った。
