2020年8月25日、男女幼なじみ3人組YouTuberのPKAが「【緊急】突然ですが、ガチでかっぱの彼氏募集します。」を公開。かっぱが本気で彼氏の募集をすると話題になっている。
PKAのメンバーのかっぱが破局報告をしてから数ヶ月たち、全然出会いがないとコメント。そこでかっぱのために、ゆうぴーまんとあっぷるがある企画を用意。その企画が「かっぱの彼氏募集」ということで、応募ページも作成してある。

かっぱのために彼氏募集企画をスタートさせたあっぷるとゆうぴーまん。ガチ企画ということで、かっぱに条件を聞くと「一途な人」とコメント。また束縛されるのも好きと答えた。視聴者が9割女性ではあるが、自薦他薦問わず応募可能で、少なくても10人応募が来て欲しいとゆうぴーまんも語っている。
