2018年1月24日にきまぐれクックのサボり場は「朝ごはん作ってみた。『シーチキンマヨ丼』」を公開。かねこは朝食に、シーチキンマヨ丼とウチワエビの味噌汁を作った。
まずはウチワエビの味噌汁作り。海老を半分に切り、茹でる。ゆで汁は、味噌汁のだしとして取っておく。
だしを沸騰させ、ネギと豆腐、味噌を加えて、味噌汁が完成。
次はシーチキンマヨ丼作りだ。油を切ったシーチキンにマヨネーズと醤油をかけ、よく混ぜ合わせる。
炊き立てのご飯の上にシーチキンマヨネーズを乗せて、どんぶりも完成した。
かねこは、ウチワエビの味噌汁とシーチキンマヨ丼を、静かに食べた。
その後、オレンジを、ナイフできれいにさばきながら、１個完食した。
