２０１８年１月３０日、MEGWIN TVは「【ドッキリ】除草剤を頭髪にぶっかけたら大事故にｗｗｗ」を公開した。
今回はある理由があってメインチャンネルでの公開ではない。
動画の内容はドッキリ企画であり、メグウィンの頭に間違って除草剤をかけてしまうという内容である。
庭の雑草を春に向けて今から根絶やしにする為に除草剤を撒こう！という企画を表企画とし今回のドッキリは遂行される。
といっても、本物の除草剤をかけるわけにはいかないので、中身は予め小麦粉に詰め替えられている。
中身をしっかりと詰め替えた後、メグウィンの到着を待つ。
企画が開始された。
冒頭で前もって除草剤はかなり危険だということをアピールし、実際にかけられた時の不安感に繋げる作戦が行われる。
そしてしゃがんでいるメグウィンに誤って除草剤をかけてしまった！！という感じで除草剤（小麦粉）がかけられた。
メンバーの演技もあり、かなりパニックになるメグウィン。
果たして無事にドッキリ成功を告げることができたのだろうか・・・
