2018年1月10日、東海オンエアは「【餅つき革命】効率悪いから新しい餅つき方法教えてやるよ！！！」を公開した。
従来の餅つきは工程が馬鹿だ。効率が悪い！と言い出すてつや。
もっとスピーディーでクオリティの高い餅つきの方法があるはずだ。ということで新旧餅つき対決をする。
りょう、としみつ、虫眼鏡は臼と杵で昔ながらの方法で餅をついていく。
仲良く餅つきを楽しむ3人だが、最初はなぜかベチャベチャに…。
てつやとしばゆーは、まずブルーシートにもち米を広げてその上に板を置く。
そして、てつやのBMWで何度ももち米の上を行ったり来たり…。
約2トンのしかかり攻撃！
その後は、餅つきライダーとなったてつやがバイクで何度ももち米の上を通過。
果たしてどっちの餅が美味しいのか、判定するのはてつやのお母さん。
