2022年2月20日（日）桐崎栄二は「妹を亡くしました。父と母の再婚について。もう限界無理」という動画を公開した。
父と母が離婚届を提出
桐崎栄二は2月16日に父と母が離婚届を市役所に提出したと報告した。その後妹のまいが家からいなくなった。深夜にまいから「この世を去ります。もう限界…無理です」とメッセージが来た。まいの周りの人間関係の人に連絡をするよう協力してもらったが、連絡が取れない状況であるという。現在桐崎栄二は母と暮らしており、父と再婚することを望んでいる。
まいは一人でドライブしていた
動画はまいの視点に切り替わり、テロップには1日前と書かれていた。まいは「両親が離婚したことがすごく嫌」と語り、この世からいなくなりたいと暗い表情でつぶやいた。
一方桐崎栄二達はまいを捜しに歩いていると、道路に座っているまいを発見。家族で抱き合い、一件落着したようだ。
