2020年7月21日、芸人でYouTuberの江頭2:50（エガちゃんねる）が「江頭がガチファンにサプライズ！」を公開。江頭が行ったサプライズが凄いと話題になっている。
江頭が10年使っていた財布のプレゼント企画の当選者が決定した。サイン入りの財布が当たったのは、江頭の大ファンで動画も毎日見ており、Twitterにもコメントをよく書いてくれるプータンさんである。

出典：江頭の大ファンのプータンさんが、サイン入りの江頭財布の当選者となった。当選連絡の電話をすると「生きていてよかった」と泣きながらコメント。プータンさんの住んでいる所も雨の被害が出ており、江頭は「頑張れ」とエールを送った。
